It's definetly not haram but you do have to take it of to do wudu, then you can put it back on again. The reason you have it take the nailpolish off when doing wudu is that if u hv nail polish on or fake nails, then the water won't come on ur nails and they wldnt b considered purified or clean. It's smarter if put nail polish/ fake nails when u hv ur period so u can keep it on for a longer time instead of having to put it on and take it off again when iu hv 2 do wudu.Ｉｓ groｗｉng nails ｏr wｅaring fａlse nails . . . ?？?
u can grow ur nails- not very long, cuz dirt gets in, then u hav difficulty cleaning them wen doing wudhu.





u can wear nail varnish, in the house not outside as it attracts attention (clear is ok)--- BUT have to remove it COMPLETELY wen doing wudhu/ghusl. even a speck will make ur wudhu invalid.


same goes for fake nails.

growing your nails is a NO because it is Sunnah to have them kept short.
nail polish- cant do wuduu with it on (water does not pass through)

I have read nail polish isn't allowed when you read the Q'uran or when you pray i'm not sure about long or fake nails.
careful with the fake nails they can pull your actual nail off with them. paint them funky colours.
Google the Quran, with key words Haram next to nails and see what happens.
long/fake nails is fine...but you cant wear nail polish and then do wudu or it wont count
