Chinese people doing false nails?

has anyone oticed when u go to a nail salon that do acrylics there all chinese??? i had mine done 2 day by a chinese lady any one why they all seem to do this even the men do !!! no offenceChinese people doing false nails?
Yarr, I had my fake nails done by a chinese lady. No offense to them like, although I too have noticed this ... But hey - who cares? If they want to run nail salons, let them run them. ;P I have nothing against them at all. :)Chinese people doing false nails?
Yeah, maybe the woman you go to is Chinese. However, the latest nail industry statistics show that 40% of all nail techs are Vietnamese. That's a larger percentage than any other group. Chinese people make up only a very small percentage of nail techs. I have my own opinions as to why so many Asians do this for a living, but I'd rather not state them. But yeah, there are a lot of men who do nails that are from other cultures. But, very, very few white American men do nails for a living. Actually, I've never even seen one who did. Whenever a tech is American, I see only women doing it. I don't know, maybe its because that kind of job isn't something that many guys would want to do? I'm not really sure. Its that way in a lot of jobs though. Some jobs are almost always done by men, and others are done entirely by women though there are exceptions to every rule.
depends on the salon...some are really nice and the people get paid well and are not asian...


but the ones who are run by asian families, they usually don't make very much money..i think it's sad.


also, who ever said the ignorant comment about them speaking chinese to each other...well no ****!


if u and ur friend were in china, ud probably speak english...


why would they speak to each other in their second language? they only need the english to talk to costumers...and most don't speak it that well.


they are just trying to make a living in a good country, leave them alone....and tip well!!
you are so right..I used to work for Nestle water...and went into these places trying to get them agree to having a water cooler installed. They were always aggressive in their manner and wanted you out of there asap. Back to your question...maybe they have a big nail sorting out factory in China!!! They've found a niche! am I racist?
I have noticed this and the only problem that i have is that when they speak to one another that they speak Chinese and I think it's rude because they could be saying all kind of things about their customers. It really annoys me!

Yeah, every nail salon is run by them, some are not though. There Vietnamese though not chinese.
yeah, I have noticed that a lot of them are Asian too. I also noticed a lot of Asians own donut shops as well.
