False nail application?

okay so i bought some Fing'rs false nails. I've never worn fakies before so im a little bit rusty about the method of application. am I supposed to cut my real nails and apply the false ones? im going for a short, french mani look, but i was wondering whether the real nails should be shorter than the false ones.


also, if i was to apply them using the glue given in the manicure pack, how long would they last??

ur real nails should be shorter than the false one and make sure to buff ur real nail first then apply the glue tehn the nail. buffing it wud make it last longer
Yes, your real nails should be shorter than the fake nails, otherwise, you're going to have thickness issue that will look silly.





The nail glue that usually comes in kits like that, is like Crazy Glue, it's fast acting and don't use too much. If it leaks around your nail bed, your skin will be glued to your fake nail too.
