any advice got proper entention nails on but there are now coming off, but havent and wont have the time to have them taken off properly till the weekend and im out fri night!
is there anything I can soak them in to make them come off easier?Do you know how to take off properly put on false nails?
Everyone is right - acetone is the best way to go, however just a couple of things that people haven't mentioned. It will take about an hour to remove acrylic nail extensions, put the acetone in a glass bowl (as it melts plastic), do not smoke near it as it is highly flamable, when you have finished allow the acetone to evaporate over night or soak it up with paper towels and throw them in the bin as you cant pour it down the sink (it will damage your pipes) Someone else said about cotton wool, acetone and tin foil, this is a great way to get them off and as the heat from your fingers is reflected it only takes about 40 mins, however this can be fiddly and as it is your first time i would just soak them for now. Hope this helps.Do you know how to take off properly put on false nails?
acetone is the best thing or something with acetone in it like nail varnish remover soak them in it and then keep wiping them with cotton wool or tissue they should eventually come off x x
acitone
btw i am a man and i knew that!!!!!!
who wants to sex me?
Don't take them off yourself. I have done this a couple of times before and it has totally ruined my nails. Just file them to quite a short length for Friday and then get a nail technician to take them off at the weekend.
The best way to properly remove fake fingernails -- acrylics, wraps is to soak them in Pure Acetone. You can get a bottle of it in your local beauty supply or local drugstore.
Pour the acetone into a bowl (one you won't use again for food) and soak your nails off. It will take up to an hour for the Acetone to soak down through the nails to where they will be safe to remove --- so be sure to use the bathroom, have lunch or dinner and put on your favorite channel before you get started soaking.
Be patient and do not pry off the nails in a rush. You will only damage your natural nail.
When the nails/glue have softened enough, they are usually able to be wiped off and the residue filed away gently. Then treat your nails with a good product such as NailTiques or Sally Hansen. They each make great products to help your nails recover from the false nails being on.
Good luck!
soak them in nail varnish remover for about five/ten minutes then carefully lift them off using a cuticle stick. Remember to rub hand and nail lotion into ur nails afterwards, as ur nails will be weak after u remove the fake ones.
Soak cotton balls in acetone, put on nail and wrap the nails with tin foil. Leave it on for awhile, then take a file buff off the excess nail, and repeat. Remember it takes awhile so don't get discouraged. Good luck
Soak them in luke warm water for an hour or two and then they should beable to just come off.

soak them in nail varnish removerer. it softens the nails and loosens the glue. if find it easier than ripping them off with my teeth which is what i used to do!!!
Use Sally Hanson false nail remover it's in a big tub. Get it from Superdrug, and it's about 拢5. Although you will have to soak them for quite a long time, and keep trying to pull them off. I used it, and I'll never use false nails, it ruins your natural nail underneath.
Yes, cut them right back then soak in acetone.
Clip the nails down quite short, file them on the surface of the nail LIGHTLY, you don't want to burn your own nail bed and put them in acetone for 10 min, bring them out and file them again (lightly), back in the acetone, file and so on and so forth until they off. If you have had the false nails on for a while use a nail strengthener like Sally Hanson or Nails Inc to get your natural nails strong again.
Use a handcream straight after you have removed and filed the nails as acetone is very drying!

bite them off and take away the pain with alcohol......
nah, dont.
my friend did that, and although it's quick..it's not a good idea.
