on cuz u need to revive ur nails. basically try to imagine hardly breathing for however long u had them. thats basicially like dieing.

None of these things work. Buy Rossie System-Bright Plus. It's like a nail hardener. They sell it at Navarro pharmacy (if you are in the Miami area, if not you can buy it from the website). My nails started growing and hardening within 3 days. I always get compliments.

I took off my acrylics after about 3 years. Ugh what a mess. You are going to have to grow out that damaged nail. I'm a big believer in olive oil rubbed into your nails and cuticles every night, then wear gloves to bed. They're only going to grow as fast as they're going to grow though. It takes about 6 months.
Nailtiques is a great product to grow beautiful, natural nails with. It will take time though. You can't take off acrylics that have damaged your nails and expect them to grow out quickly.
